This workshop focuses on action-oriented goal setting strategies. It offers proven techniques to help you set and reach your goals, including an in-depth look at SMART goal setting. Common barriers to goal setting and ways to combat procrastination will be addressed with empathy and encouragement.

Intimidated by computers? Unfamiliar with how to use email or the internet? This open lab covers basic computing needs and make your computer time more productive and enjoyable. Self-guided learning is also available for select software programs, with limited staff assistance.
